Easy to take and they taste good and the texture is palatable which is really nice. Seems to help increase energy level without spiking them. The one supplement I look forward to taking.

I have purchased this product three times in 6months. After years of using drops and not getting good boosting Vitamin D in blood tests, my family started these chews. I loved my first chew experience. It was an instant burst of happy sunshine that exploded pleasantly from chest. My son’s blood test was extremely low for vitamin D. And in only a few weeks we could see a radical change in his attention span, maturity, positive attitude, skin problems issues he had for 3 years cleared up, he stopped thrashing in his sleep and can now visibly reach deep sleep. He also has had chronic ear infections even with permanent tubes. Again this cleared up after 3 months. He has always been in 20% of height for his age and during this time he had a significant growth spurt and moved TWO clothing levels! Our ENT is amazed, our dermatologist is amazed, our pediatrician is amazed, sleep study deemed he was reaching perfect deep sleep. Both my kids are very picky eaters and they LOVE the taste and texture of this chew. It is like a healthy starburst experience. I encourage all my loved ones to start this supplement. I wanted to try these because of how much I love the beet chews. The flavor of these does not match up to that of the beet chews which I really like. I will probably just go back to beat chews only and take the vitamins that I buy from Home Shopping Network.

Really yummy and a great way to get extra vitamin D in your diet! Definitely better than a pill form and tastes great
