When kept refrigerated, how long does it keep its "hotness"...days, weeks months?

We use it up quickly so it never lasts long enough to loose potency. A little hint, store the tightly capped bottle upside down in the fridge, makes for a better seal than right side up. Also don’t leave the jar uncapped for very long.

Ingredient List please? I'm avoiding lots of typical additives.
