Simple unit for stretching hamstrings and calves. Goes on easy, packages together nicely, and works like a charm. I use it lying down and it gives a good hamstring stretch. You could achieve the same thing with just grabbing your foot, but this makes it so much easier. Well worth the small investment.

DMoose Fitness Calf Stretcher is a great product for stretching, it's good quality and a great price, i was able to get this for $12.12 and i think that it is worth every penny spent. I would recommend this product if you are wanting to stretch, or if you are having problems where this product would benefit you. It works great.

I ordered a few of these "Hamstring Stretcher" things for research and to see if they offered different kinds of support. In my opinion, they don't. They are all pretty generic. But they all work. I only kept one though. I think it's a great product and you can't really go wrong. Great tool for stretching.

Works, a bit longer to put on but it works well, helps release encumbered tendons.

I am hopeless at stretching - it's just such a tedious necessity when you are someone with long legs and active. This is a quality product and the materials are strong and well made. This is important as there is a lot of strain (obviously) on the straps. I think in this instance, it is very much the case that you are paying 'for what you get'. The strap is easy to use and has the advantage that the long loops allow you to sit down and stretch - i.e. you can sit in the armchair, watch the TV and do that stretching in the comfort of the cushion!.

Really good for improving the flexibility of hamstrings.
