Pachamama Handknitted Medium 4-6 Cup 1.2L Wool Tea Cosy/Teapot Cover - Crochet Stripe Insulated Handmade Fair Trade Multicoloured

I'd never heard of Pachamama, until I saw Michaela Strachan on Winter Watch in one of their hats (Picture reverse search) and found their tea cosys. It's a fabulous cosy and fits my 6 cup teapot with room to spare, so pretty sure it'll fit an 8 cup teapot. It's so pretty, the colours are fab, it has a polyester lining, the teapot says lovely and warm for ages. It's 100% wool on the outside, the wash label says it can be machine washed at 30°. Personally, I would hand/machine wash on cold, I've been caught out washing a 100% woollen item at the advised 30° in the machine before, and it came out child size. I'm super pleased, great value for the price I paid, I'll be ordering more Pachamama items for myself, and not just my teapot. Just to add: A massive thanks to the amazon delivery guy, the rain was absolutely torrential, he took the time to put everyones packages in plastic bags, (Was watching from the window, whilst waiting for my drop off) to save the contents getting wet.

Bright & colourful, fits the teapot well & no need to take off to pour tea. Nice & thick so keeps the tea warm .

Very nicely handcrafted tea cosy. Cheerful colours and is padded enough to keep the pot warm. There are openings for the handle and spout which is what I was looking for. Very pleased it fits perfectly. I believe it is made in the UK so that is a plus.

Bought this for my wife, from my children. She was delighted. Adds a pop of colour to our kitchen counter top, but more importantly, keeps our morning pot of tea nice and warm. I was slightly concerned about the fit initially - to get the cosy over my teapot is a bit of a strech, but that may be a problem with my teapot. Since then it's flexed a little and I've got no issues manipulating a scorching hot teapot into the cosy. We have noticed a real difference in the heat retention using this tea cosy. We have small children, and spend our mornings running around after them usually, so having this tea cosy helps avoid the disappointment of a lukewarm cuppa.
