Unsure if nutmeg is the color for me. Currently using neutrogena mineral powder in natural beige. Any recommendations?

I use a lot of Neutrogena beige products, and this Burt's Bees was a little light in color for me. I do like it because it doesn't feel 'cakey' at all!

What kind of moisturizer or primer can be used under a powder foundation?
