I purchased this massage gun after reading the Which report that suggests it's reliable well made and effective. I have only used it twice but so far so good. It's incredibly simple and well designed. It's very solidly made and robust. It's really powerful and it does work very well at hitting the deep muscle groups. It charges well and I'm very pleased indeed that I didn't opt for the much much cheaper rip off versions.

I originally ordered one, and unfortunately it came not turning on. I got in contact with the customer service team and they were absolutely wonderful. They send me a free replacement and even upgraded it to include the hot and cold attatchment. It's great for those stubborn muscles, and the low setting isn't obnoxious. I'm not too sure about the volume as I've not used other massage guns but it's not absurdly loud. You can definitely hear it from other rooms if you left it on and walked away. But it's quiet enough that it won't disturb people if you're at a hotel and need to use it. The size is good, my hands are a little on the small side so it's a little top heavy for me. I'd say it might be a little heavy for someone with limited strength in their arms but so is most things really. The attatchments aren't too hosile either, they've got ones that make it so it doesn't hurt when you use it on bone. Brilliant. I used it on my feet after walking all day and I'm very sensitive, didn't even flinch once. I've honestly no complaints. Would highly recommend. And much love to the customer service team, they are truly the best I've seen in a long time. I think it was Ava that delt with my query, what a wonderful person.

This is the second massage gun I have bought so we can have one each! The best made, quiet, massager I have used. Works really well well fonts my smaller hand too.

I’ve been using the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun for a few days now, specifically to help with my bad lower back and sciatica, and it has made a noticeable difference! Overall, I’m impressed with its design and general performance. I have to travel for work and hours in the car often means my back is bad at the end of the day. The massage gun is small enough and light enough to easily transport in my hand luggage but powerful enough to really work the areas I need to make a difference with a good massage quality. Great variety of attachments and a handy case that it all fits in. The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 is that I would have likes a bit more control over the vibration settings rather than just 4 steps of power.

Absolutely love this. Tried it 3 times since it arrived 3 days ago. If it clears knots in my calf in the coming days, it'll absolutely be worth its weight in gold. So easy to use and you know it's doing you good, with no real effort. Love Bob and Brad, watch all their videos RIP Bob

I had a bad lower back that gave me really tight hips. I was off work for 5 weeks and in the last two weeks I purchased this gun. I have also been using a foam roller and doing stretches recommended by my physio. I can’t say it was this gun but my symptoms got much better after a few days of using it. The gun comes in a lovely well made case and really does feel premium. I did look at the cheaper models but decided on this as it wasn’t that much more and was recommended on YouTube.

I have been carrying a cycling injury to my left quad for ages, and no matter what I do, it never full repairs. Or at least that’s what I believed until last week at which point I bumped into Bob and Brad, and their physio channel on YouTube. I followed the guidance which suggested that the muscle had some scarring from the quad tear and that it needed some deep work across it rather than along the length. To go with this they suggested the small massage gun and this is making a big difference. The mini massager is lightweight, rechargeable, easy to use and gets straight to the injury. It has 5 speeds and a battery indicator. The battery is built-in and is charged with included USB cable. Running time is 10 minutes before it shuts itself off, which for my injury is perfect. So what makes this gun different? For me, it's the size and amount of power it produces, which is helping me with my injury. Also, that Bob and Brad are willing to put their names on it suggests a level of trust in the product to do the job. I've attached a video of it in action on my leg - a moving picture gives the complete picture! Can't fault it, a great bit of kit and for me, it's something ill be using daily for the foreseeable future!

UPDATE REVIEW - DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS: I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch. Now it's April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it's DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it's DEAD. It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it's useless. I don't see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see. Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers. I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating "Pain Relief" this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory "Battery Life" well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won't have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the "Easy to Use" rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager....... maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it's job well; I would buy again. UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it's usually on the "low" speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it's a great massager. UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 .................. My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done. I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it's simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known. It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update. I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point. I was wrong about the "POWER SWITCH"..... there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It's embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it's TURNED OFF. As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months - NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here.... all I had to do is 1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that.... and.... 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button. I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience. Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct.....when I make a mistake I need to come clean. BOTTOM LINE: AWESOME Company to deal with. GREAT Product all around, totally satisfied with my purchase. WARRANTY: Do NOT worry, they will honor it and be fair and look after you. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I can honestly say it truly deserves 5 star all around. Would I buy products from this company again? YES, Absolutely!, in flash. Das Gerät wurde schnell und pünktlich geliefert. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Ich habe die Lieferung gestern bekommen. Deshalb kann ich nur den ersten Eidruck beschreiben. Die Massagepistole mach einen soliden Eindruck, liegt gut in der Hand und funktioniert so wie es soll. Nun muss ich damit erst Erfahrungen sammeln.
