A: On the back it says Made in China.

**Q: Purchased 1st set 2014 & numbers smudged pretty quickly. Love them otherwise. Has manufacturer fixed this problem since?.**
A: I've had mine a couple of months and have washed them multiple times.  They have not smudged as of yet.
