Excellent pedals that look gorgeous!!
So as we all know, stock pedals are just there so you can ride your bike home. 😉 I was considering purchasing red Deity pedals since I have orange ones on my Mukluk, but I had some concerns which I will address below. TL;DR: Light weight & solid; Gorgeous-looking color and design; Pins give fantastic grip w/MTB shoes and don't scrape up the legs; To start, I wasn't necessarily looking for aluminum pedals, but I wanted something that looked good with my red accents. I happened upon these because I REALLY wanted something that wasn't "boxy-looking" -- concern 1. Concern 2, I wanted good pins to grip my shoes, but I didn't want to gouge my calves every time the pedals brush up against them. The pins on these are absolutely perfect! They are slightly rounded on the edges, and my feet are firmly in place and never slide around, even when I get wet or muddy. As a note, I have 5 Ten Freerider MTB shoes. As for the looks, they are absolutely gorgeous!! The red pedals with the chrome pins looks so sharp - not that people see that when you're riding, but hey, it's the little things right? Also, the fact that they are a bit tapered at the ends is exactly what I was looking for (concern 3). And the aluminum aspect of it I think is awesome. They're lighter than my expensive-ish nylon pedals on my Mukluk. Now there is one thing I do want to mention, and I do not know if this is a good or bad thing: I am not a gearhead or anything, but with these pedals I do notice that they don't spin very freely. By that, I mean for example, when you try to make 'em spin by slapping one side or by using your garden hose when you're washing it, they don't spin much. I do know enough about bearings to know if they are loose or too tight, and they feel just fine. I definitely don't notice it at all when I'm riding, however I did want to mention that. I truly love these pedals a ton, and I plan on getting another pair for my next full-suspension MTB!! 😎

Great Mid-grade Pedal
Great mid grade petal without the high dollar price. Im a shoe size 12 and they work great with plenty of grip. Im an intermediate mountain bike rider and cant see spending the big dollars on a more premium pedal that i wont notice much of a difference. Good all around mid budget mid grade pedal!

Great pedals for the price, look good and work well.
Light, grippy, and well-built these pedals really are impressive for a reasonable price. The machined blue color looks great, after taking them on several longer rides I appreciate that they are thinner profile than the stock pedals and other than the bearings not being the smoothest, these are a great buy.

Absurdly good for the price
Pretty surprised at the quality of these. I purchased a $3500 gravel bike and had minimal money left to spare for pedals, so I purchased these as a temporary solution. So far they have massively exceeded expectations, which were not very high given the cheap price. I imagine that I will ultimately upgrade my pedals, but I have kind of been asking myself why since these are a pretty darn good. Not sure on long term durability yet, but I have been using these on daily mixed gravel/road rides for a few weeks now and so far no problems. Lightweight, grippy, easy to install, good fit and finish, look good - can’t go wrong for the price.

Big and grippy enough if you have MTB shoes
Great pedals. These platforms are larger than my Oneups and Crankbrothers Mallet "clipless" pedals, so I've had a few pedal strikes. I'm using my shoes for my clipless pedals (didn't want to buy new shoes) and the grip pins are grippy enough (even though I still have the bracket in the center, which is scratching the pedal tops--I should remove those brackets). Of course nothing is as "locked in" as clipless, but at least you can put your foot down quickly to keep from falling down the hill.

Recommend considering them
I can’t say enough about Rockbros parts and accessories. I recommend considering them. I’ve ordered several pedal sets now and they have all been good quality.

Save your money and buy a better pedal.
I had a “cheap but good enough” mindset when buying these, and I wish I had just spent the extra money for better pedals. I ride trails and the bike park, and I’d say these are for more casual riders. The studs are a different design than I’ve seen on most of my other pedals, and they’re not very grippy. They’re also a bit on the smaller side (I’m a US 9.5 shoe). I think this combo is what leads to my foot slipping off constantly. Whether it’s a rough gear change or just some bumpy terrain, my foot will go flying off the pedal at times, stopping my momentum and has almost caused a crash a few times. I don’t feel as stable as I have with other pedals. The bearings are also nothing to write home about. The aluminum is alright. I’ve had a stud rip out completely from a pedal strike. Not sure how common that is, but it’s never happened to me before.

Beautiful design, solid grip for normal rides... Much better than the standard pedal, everything is great and it's light..

Ordered this to blend into my wife's black-red themed folding bike. I overlooked that there is no reflector but looking at the color it should be shinny enough. Aside from that, it looks great and solid, haven't tried it out for a spin though. I'll update this review if I see similar things described in other reviews. It'll just be used for light rides, around 2-3 times per month 70-100km per ride on mostly cemented roads with little uphill routes, should not be stressed too much.
