They fits an iPhone, keys and credit card perfectly. **Q: Do these leggings have a narrower elastic waist band inside of the wide fabric waistband?** A: No. Just the wide waistband. **Q: Do these have a drawstring?** A: No, they do not have a drawstring **Q: What is the material breakdown? Ex: 88% Polyester, 12% Spandex** A: Not certain, they're in the wash right now. But they are slick, not cottony feeling. I've had these for several months and machine wash/hang to dry - they have retained the same amount of compression as they did when I first got them. I really like these and the amount of support/compression they provide (also no see through) my only beef with these are the little lasercuts. Which is not a big deal but if I had my druthers I'd rather these didn't have them. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best leggings I own *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on 14 September 2022* I bought these leggings several years ago from Target and absolutely loved them - enough to go back for another pair. Unfortunately, they stopped carrying them. I've tried many other brands and styles since then, but I always end up wearing this pair whenever possible. They're comfortable, breathable, don't show my underwear, and wash really well. I wear them while working out and during week-long trips to Disney World. They are the best. Finally, I decided to check Amazon and found these. They are exactly the same and fit perfectly. I am thrilled. I plan to buy at least one more pair while they're still available. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I miss C9 at Target :( *by K***1 on Reviewed in the United States on 1 July 2020* I read reviews before purchasing these that said to size up, so I ordered a L instead of M. This was a mistake. Lol. For me, they fit the same as when Target carried the brand. Although the L doesn't fit bad, they are now more of an 'around the house' legging for me rather than a running legging, which was what I was going for. They are high waisted and soft and fit nicely, so I have no complaints.
