Absolutely huge!
I bought this on a warehouse special. I knew it was going to be big, but I didn't realise it would be this big. So I would advise customers to carefully check the dimensions before purchase. It is in fact A bit too large for the purpose I bought it for, but I won't rate down for my mistake, and at the price I paid for it, I can use it for other things.I bought this for toasted cheese sandwiches. They are my sons favourite food and I wanted to be able to make them without soaking them in butter. This actually does make lovely sandwiches. The finish means they turn easily and don't need much butter to avoid sticking. We have also made eggs, sausage and bacon. The first batch of bacon was made with no oil. It didn't stick, but the bacon didn't taste the same without a tiny drop of oil. Next we made sausage, which had more than enough fat. I wiped most of the fat out with kitchen roll before making the eggs, as I do not like greasy eggs. Again, they came out perfectly . You can cook nearly anything without oil with this type of surface, but You will find some foods just don't get the same texture or taste the same without a drop of some sort of fat.My only issue is that this is bit large for every day use. So I bought a smaller groan for eggs and sandwiches and will use this only for cooking large amounts of food, or something like soup or pot roast. The heat was very even , the bottom of the pan completely flat, and the handles look and feel very nice. After cooking, it's just a matter of filling the pan with water and setting back on the ring. By the time dinner is finished, the water will have heated up and you can just wipe the pan out quickly , rinse and dry. You can use a tiny drop of washing up liquid if needed. It is not recommended to use a dishwasher as this can damage the non stick coating. And of course you are not meant to use metal utensils. The handles on this pan look like wood, but they are a type of plastic. Whether wood or plastic though, neither goes on the oven.In addition to be Far better than traditional non stick pans for low or no oil cooking, these pans also avoid the nasty smell that comes from Teflon type coatings. I am.extremely sensitive to chemical smells, so this is very important to me.In addition, we own a parrot. It is not in the kitchen, but even so , the times from Teflon coated cookware can kill birds in small amounts. And if it is that dangerous for a bird, I would prefer not t have my children exposed to it .There is no consensus on the safety of granite cookware with birds. However , because it is free of the chemical that causes the poisoning, polytetrafluoroethylene, it should be safe. Most of the sources I have found say as long the cookware has no PFOA or PTFE it is considered safe.It should be noted though that even oil can emit some fumes that are not healthy for birds and it's best to remove parrots from the kitchen when cooking and there are some reports that say fumes from other forms of cookware can be dangerous if severely overheated. At any rate, I certainly feel it much safer than traditional non stick coatings for birds, and probably for humans and other pets as well.

Good quality 2 years on
I bought this in July 2023 so it has had 2 years of continuous use. While there are some signs of age from general use, the pan is still in very good shape, the non-stick is still going strong, it remains easy to clean and has few of the stuck grime and scuffs that come with an intensively used pan. Would recommend for size, durability and ease of use.

Amazing Fry Pan – A Must-Have!
I recently purchased this fry pan from Amazon and couldn't be happier! I used to have the same brand and model when I lived in Shenzhen, and I'm thrilled to find it available in the UK.This fry pan is simply amazing! The non-stick surface is fantastic, making cooking and cleaning a breeze. I’ve used it for various family meals, and it delivers consistent results every time. This pan handles it easily, whether frying eggs, sautéing vegetables, or searing meat.I highly recommend this one if you're looking for a reliable and high-quality fry pan. It’s worth every penny!

Almost too big to use
This pan, like space, is big. Really, really, big. But that’s enough sub-Douglas Adams humour.Pan has not had anything stick so far, joints are tight, and the lid fits well. Really easy to clean, probably as it’s quite non-stick. I haven’t tried using metal utensils or anything I’d expect to scratch a Teflon-style pan so the finish is fine. The only issue is a normal amount of food gets a bit lost inside and it’s a bit unwieldy to wash (haven’t even tried to get it in the dishwasher). Might double as an emergency lifeboat for smaller family members? Not really, but I’d suggest check the size in the listing and then measure your existing pans as I for one was quite surprised how much bigger it was than the pan it replaced.
