This compression tank top does what it is supposed to. It certainly has a slimming effect. Fabric is what you would expect. Feels OK. Quality is even a little better than you might expect. My only real criticism is that it doesn’t stay put. I do find myself constantly pulling it down throughout the day. Still, for the price, not a bad product.

The compression shirt is made of a material that both soft and comfortable to wear. They are made of a good quality which is stretchy enough to get the shirt on yet is also tight enough to compress the areas need. The shirt is cool enough to wear underneath another shirt. The material is also breathable making the shirt cool to wear underneath another shirt.

I bought the shirt after reading a lot of positive reviews, most of them. And based on that, I decided to go for it. Some people said it was super hard to put it on, but for me it was super easy, not hard at all. As soon as I received the shirt and saw it, I knew it was going to be kind of loose, not exactly, but I was expecting much more compression. I'm 6'1" and 215, usually wear XL on my shirts, so decided to order the L, but is not enough. I'm going to have to send this one back and order a size M. Another thing, it is loose on the bottom edge and it doesn't stay around your hips, after a while it was rolled around my waist. On the positive side, it is comfortable although you can start feeling kind of hot after a couple of hours, because it doesn't breath that much, but is not something that's going to make you stand in front of the air conditioned. Every person is different, but if you want my advice and if you really want to feel the compression for real, as it is supposed to be, I would tell you to go 2 sizes down of your regular one, that's what I'm going to do. We tried a few compression tank tops. The others were more or less stretch tops. This one truly gave the hold needed to just pull you in without being extremely uncomfortable.

I hate leaving bad reviews but honesty is the best policy. Your product is way to painful on the shoulders, it almost feels like elastic bands are ripping through your shoulders in the first 5 to 10 minutes of wearing this thing. Also if you guys out there are thinking that it’s going to compress your gut, it won’t do anything for it even if you go the smallest size possible. There is good chest compression but zero on the gut. Don’t waste your Time. It’s painful and it doesn’t compress your gut at all.
