Have purchased this product several times. Amazon is a great place to get rice flour. I use it to line my bannetons for my bread making activity. Will definitely repurchase.

This flour is not usable! It’s very coarse and has large black and brown bits of hull in it. I would not purchase this product again. Since it wasn’t opened until past the 30 day mark, I can’t return it, so I tried it for a batch of cookies. They were very gritty and hard to chew because of the bits of hull. The quality of the product is very poor.
