Great sheath! But the machete that came out of brand new packaging is not great, and may not even be "New." It had what appears to be glue/expoxy drops/specs on the blade (see pics). It will require remediation/refurbishment to restore it to "New," condition. I have all the needed tools and supplies to do this, so I have no plans to return it. However my time and efforts will likely not be of any value to the seller as it would pertain to a price adjustment. The Gavilan brand and SitePro are quality tools/providers so the machete while mot damaged is less than routinely expected. So the experience of this transaction rates a 1 star. Great leather sheath!

You have a knife, I have a Colombian machete baby. I.L.I. I Love It…
From protecting me from snakes in the Everglades Florida to fire wood, cleaning thick saw grass to making a walking spear. I.L.I. I Love it… this machete does it all. The sheath keeps it protected and cool looking. A plus when living remotely.
