Quality
They're crunchy and fresh tasting with just the right amount of salt. You can tell is a high quality product because they're not covering the natural taste with salt. Great chips I've bought them many times.

Salty, crunchy and fresh!
Of all the brands of banana chips we buy, this is the most favorite one for my family. Made with clean and simple ingredients without any preservatives. Definitely a keeper in your snack cabinet!

Passable in a pinch
It tastes fine, just not quality oil used to cook this. I'd buy once in a blue moon when just need a snack, but it would be healthier cooked with coconut or another oil

Great crunchy salty snack!! High potassium, low sodium!
I'm on a strict diet by my physician, and I can't have grains or most snack foods. I love that these have only a few ingredients, all of which I recognize, and they are Non-GMO. These DO NOT taste like bananas! I was expecting it to taste like that b/c plantains look like bananas I guess, but this has a salty crunchy flavor closer to a thick potato chip than the sweet flavor of a banana. These are perfect substitutions for chips, I use them to eat salsa and tunafish etc. At 20 chips for 20 carbs, it's a reasonable snack, and very high in potassium as well!! 200mg of potassium, so not only high in potassium but this would also serve as a low-sodium snack (only 50mg sodium). Yay new snack food!!

[Note: I can be quite nit picky—especially when it comes to food. Yep, no matter how simple it is—which, in this case, I'm taking the time to do a mini food review for salted fried banana slices, lol.] There's nothing wrong with these chips—but, they're kinda pricey for what it is. They fried it well enough though so the oil isn't ridiculously prominent like most banana chips I've tried here so far. However, for something that's been fried, it feels like I'm eating something that's been baked instead—which sorta defeats the purpose (plus, those extra calories for no good reason). Usually, I expect fried bananas to be a lot more crisp (the way it breaks apart when you bite into it is just very different, imo). I'm not saying it's stale, but the texture is a lot closer to something that's been baked. Ingredients-wise, I wish they waited a bit more for the banana to ripen a tinge. I can taste the starchiness that very unripe bananas still have—other brands don't have this problem. Overall, it's alright I suppose and it may still be worth a shot if you still haven't found the plantain banana chips you've been searching for after trying a lot of others on Amazon CA. Who knows? You might like this one.

We have ordered these lightly salted inka plantain chips twice previously and it arrived fine. This time I ordered 9 packs of these chips and two were damaged see picture with the chips all over in the box in which it came. I understand that edible foods are not returnable, but don't know if I can get a refund for these ones.
