Does not work. The blade catches and does not line up so it’s essentially useless. Waste of money. Don’t buy.

This is a big beast of a hole punch! Although it is not the cheapest hole punch, it really does give a nice clean cut of a 3 inch circle. It feels good quality and does exactly what it says. If you need a 3 inch hole punch, I would recommend this product.

You cannot see to frame image before punching. Either guesswork or use on plain paper/card, or an image where placement is not an issue
