Great product I have been using for several months and I can see the results and the improvement in skin , ,it is lighter , color is even , and brighter . I’ve been satisfied with the way this seems to brighten up my complexion. I think it seems to speed up cell renewal helps with that full complexion you get as you get older. I always use it as directed, but it does tingle or burn a little when you first put it on, but it goes away quickly and I don’t see any rash or redness that lasts for more than a few seconds— if at all. I always put on moisturizer afterward and my acne prone skin has been staying clear and less oily/dry and more evenly toned and balanced all over. Usually I have an oily T zone and dry areas around my eyes, cheeks and mouth. But using this with a good moisturizer afterward, skin isn’t dull and seems much smoother and more even.

I do like these Vitamin C capsules. I was using them fairly regularly. I only use them in my under eye area. They absorb fairly well even though at first the ointment may seem a little “ greasy”. I would give a 5 Star , but they tend to have a stinging or burning sensation sometimes. My skin is intact and without scratches. I think it’s the citric acid content of them. Otherwise, I like them.

Product received the expected condition

I used this product for years, until it got harder and harder to find in stores. Then I went to Amazon and it was either unavailable or prices were very high. I love this product and as long as price stays where it’s at or not too much of an increase, I will continue with it

Had to be carefull and not put it near my eyes. It made my eyes burn and blurred my vision. I thought is smelled a little "perfumey" and I didn't care for it. Also, it is very oily. It sat on my skin but I could also tell that my skin was getting moisturized. It did not repair tone issues that I have but it did make my face feel soft.

It was effective in fading dark spots! Highly recommended.

I have been using this product daily now for two years. When I finish this product, this time it will be the last time I use it. I have been using it to try to lighten some minor dark spots on my cheeks and head. From being in the sun playing sports and going to the beach on vacation, I do have some minor sun damage. This product has done nothing for those areas I have been using it on. I find the capsules very annoying to use. There is too much in each capsule for me to use one completely in one use. So I use half a capsule in the morning and the other half in the evening. I also do not like when opening each capsule it immediately squirts out. I find the serum incredibly emollient. I do have a slight tingling sensation when I apply this product to my cheek areas. It dissipates after about 20 seconds. At this price point, I would expect more from this product than being just a moisturizer. The product should perform as promised by Neutrogena and lighten dark spots and sun damage. I simply cannot recommend it for that purpose after using this product for two years with zero change to my skin tone.
