Yes. I was lethargic for a good couple of years and after a few days I felt more energetic.after a couple of weeks I noticed a change in my metabolism. These were way better than any supplements I’ve tried in the chemist.

I have no idea I don't have the pot anymore, but note they are high dose and your body retains it. I was over the normal readings on my last blood test after using the whole pot even taken as instructed. It proves they work but maybe a bit too efficiently

How long does it last for when taken in?

Have you never taken supplements before? Most take one a day daily, if you are that low on it all perhaps you need to see your GP for advice and hospital treatment, other people use supplements to compliment their diet
