so is this like phenibut?

Yes and no. The only real way to boost GABA levels in the brain is with phenibut. Taking straight GABA never actually crosses past the blood brain barrier. Instead it increases three different human growth factors (don't remember off the top of my head).

The contents of the product are listed, but not the amounts. Any information on this?

States it clearly on the bottle I received and in the information on the bottle, just click on it.

Friends, how long does the calmness and cool mood will stay in our body?

Hardly at all. These don't do anything really. You would feel more calm if you just drank a cup of tea. Plus this has way too much niacin in it.

what size are the pills?

At the present time, these are in OO size Vcaps; please consider that products sometimes change and that it may not remain in that size capsule forever. OO caps’ length is NMT 23.6mm (averaging 0.917”) and the diameter about 8.53mm (0.336”).
