Love!
This size is perfect for my souvenir apple from the Sphere. Love it! The apple fits in the 4” but visually looks better in the 5” 😍

Crystal Ball for Halloween
This is perfect. I am using it for a Crystal Ball for a ZOLTAR costume. I stuffed it with polyester from an old pillow and have a purple flicker light in it. Awsome

Nice item just faulty outer cap
Item is nice. Exactly what I was looking for, except the outer cap for mine doesn't screw on correctly and caused it to leak but otherwise nice item.

Great for making your own snow globe and kid friendly!
This was great to make a snow globe with my daughter. The only thing is it did leak just a tad but I hot glued the seal afterward before screwing the final top on and that did the trick! I would definitely get more and just do this extra step for peace of mind. Some diy videos I found did and didn’t glue the seal, which is why I tried our snow globe without glue but was cautious to check for leaking afterward. The globe part is very thick and has held up against my 8 year old’s frantic shaking!!

Works Well
This was my first experience working with a snow globe, so I am not a connoisseur. But it works well and I have no complaints. The plastic is crystal clear. There is a bit of plastic at the North Pole left over from the molding process. The thickness of the plastic is not consistent, but it is not visible and does not cause me any issues. But a 3-inch diameter circle, centered on the North Pole, is significantly thicker and does not depress under moderate thumb pressure. But a 3-inch wide band centered around the equator is as pliable as a shampoo bottle. Again, this does not cause me any issue for what I am doing. I would not hesitate to purchase this again for the same purpose. But if my project involved cutting the globe for other purposes, it is important to keep this in mind.

Base is too small.
I think the base is too narrow. It looks like an oddly shaped lightbulb. Don’t square the round part too hard because it gets dented. I made this snow globe for my son. I used sandpaper to sand down the base and figurines, E6000 glue to glue the snowman and tree, distilled water, two tablespoons of vegetable glycerin, clear glitter, and silver glitter, silicone sealant to seal it, and thread seal tape to seal it even more. After having yo purchase all of those things mentioned above, I realized I could have bought a snow globe from the Disney Store for almost the same price.

Not very good
The instruction sheet, such as it is is pretty useless, using code numbered products to do the job. The plastic stopper didn't stick properly to my ornament, it fell off inside the globe, the glue had not adhered to the plug despite roughing it up as suggested. Next problem, the stopper was very reluctant to go into the globe because as I pushed it in, the air pressure inside the globe kept pushing it back out again; this happened repeatedly until my ornament fell off inside the globe, leaving me a horrible mess to clean up. Regret buying this especially with it being very expensive too. I should have bought one of those photo snow globes, it would have done a reasonable job without all the faff and mess and a lot cheaper. I'm going to have to redesign how this globe goes together and use other techniques for assembly so you can actually assemble it and it remains intact and doesn't leak.
