Love these after a tough workout - live in Florida so just to replace all you lost is great - light not too sweet and not so bubbly

Taste is refreshing. Great after a workout!

So far so good! Delicious pineapple taste. I had one after my work out on Tuesday and it seemed to help me with my recovery as I had barely any soreness the next day, this is unusual for me. I did not have the same issue as others as my order was not expired and I received the flavor I ordered which was the Caribbean
