Bond of Dreams, Bond of Love, Vol. 1

This is a great series by a manga-ka who draws brilliantly and creates interesting stories. This series is sweet, filled with funny scenes, h-time scenes, and a bit of drama thrown in here and there. It's interesting, a little cliche at parts, but that just makes it even better. Sure the uke character does seem to "want it" a lot, but it really is a sweet story. It's definitely a series that I wish had more than just four books.

This series is definitely cute. It's short and sweet. The two main characters can be related to, as well as show some flipping of the norm when it comes to yaoi. Instead of the seme going after the uke, which seems to be 85% or more in the yaoi genre, the uke is going after the reluctant seme (he really knows what he wants, much to the other's surprise). The series may not be for everyone, since it is boy's love, but for anyone willing to pay the money and read a cute story without a lot of drama, this is a good option.

The book was quite a bit smaller than I thought it would be with only enough pages to keep me entertained for about 20 minutes until I'd read it. However, the story wasn't bad. I don't like how Ao immediately propositions his friend for sex, but it's revealed throughout the book that he's incredibly blunt and just not aware that normal people don't talk about that kind of thing. The story is sweet and well-drawn, and the characters are likeable with different levels of personality. All in all, if you can grab it for a little under 10 bucks, it's a good buy. If you don't read as fast as I do, then it's even better. I can't decide if I'll buy the next one or not. Maybe. Probably, if only to eventually complete the collection.

Ao is adorable. The faces he makes just makes me laugh. In this story Ryomei has a strong past relationship behind Ao who is funny but so outrageously honest; Ao wanted his Aunt to be healthly again and Ryomei who he takes a job of a preist because of the wish. They become friends/brothers and Ryomei is always looking out for Ao (even going so far to learn to bake). Later Ao falls in love with Ryomei, and Ryomei just doesn't know what to do. Ao is way to blunt but he has had experience in love and try's to convince Ryomei that he is serious. Ao is an unexpected perverted teenager and is giving Ryomei a headache just trying to keep things normal(not going to work). There are more volumes (4 altogether) and I am going to buy every one, this is so much fun. You don't have to take this seriously but just read it and enjoy. To me it's just a good series and way above most other stories.

Love this story. Had already purchased Hide and Seek and had to read this one right away. I love Ao. He is endearing in so many ways. All of the characters are well written and very interesting. I've enjoyed all of Sakuragis' works and wish that this one continued on further. Such a sweet romance that had me laughing out loud.

This is one of my favorite BL stories! There is actual character development in both leading men and its still super sexy and sweet! A recommendation to all yaoi lovers!

Very good from start to finish and if you enjoy watching a young man growing up and falling for an older man whose a straight friend then buy and enjoy because I did

. . . to see an new storyline from Sensei! It makes me happy when I can purchase the manga I love and support the mangaka I like as well. I look forward to more from Sensei and Amazon kindle.

Yaya Sakuragi é uma das minhas mangakas preferidas, ela te envolve a tal ponto que é quase impossível não se apegar com os personagens. Ela mostra suas fraquezas, seus defeitos e suas qualidades num enredo redondinho - sem furos, sem dúvidas, todos os pontos trabalhados. Eu já li muito yaoi nessa vida, mas esse mangá sempre me surpreende com a normalidade em que tudo se coloca. E essa normalidade, essa rotina, essa simplicidade sem pressa de se resolver... tudo ao sem tempo, em yaoi, é algo que não se encontra com facilidade. Amo esse mangá, e recomendo com toda a certeza.

This Manga is sooo funny, cute, romantic and dramatic. The story is just wonderful, the art is to die for. This Manga is just... Just go and buy it! Buy it right now! There's some surprises in this, aswell as shockers! I'm delighted I bought this! The fact they practically grew up together since the day they met and now the younger one is advancing with sexual desires toward the older one is just too funny and cute. "I want to do dirty things with you." He says. Hahaha! Just go buy it! :D

I've read a LOT of yaoi's and this is really REALLY good....well the 2nd and 3rd books repeat them self's constantly and really drag on an onn And OOONNNN!!!! but its worth it for the final book:) all the books are well drawn with colorful 3d characters and the hentai is fab too:)
