Molle Pouch, Sturdy 600D Nylon Tactical Medical Pouch,Rip-Away EMT First Aid Pouch (Bag Only)

I got this for my brother who uses a 5.11 backpack as his daily work bag and he LOVES it! Attached directly to the molle on the backpack without issue. Love all the pockets and storage space it offers too. He's using it as a basic tool kit for quick repairs on the job, and it fits everything he needs in a pinch, but I imagine it would make for a great IFAK too. I'll update this review at a later date when I have a better idea of the durability, but the quality seems to be there.

Nice lil bag. Had to run through it with a lighter and tighty up some loose stitching, I also cut off some of the useless straps and abandoned the corny mall ninja black and white flag that comes with it. In the end I have a nice little bag of pretty damn good quality considering it was only $9 and I can perfectly fit everything in there. I have 10 rolls of sterile gauze, 10 gauze non stick pads, roll of medical tape, 30 nice xl cloth bandaids non of those little wimpy ones, big tube of neosporin, some water purification tablets, tweazers, a whistle, 4 compression bandage wraps, 2 emergency blankets, alcohol pads, bug bite soothing pads, and im gonna add some single serve packets of various medication (headache, diarrhea, fever, dayquil ect) some sheers and a lighter. Nice little legit med kit. Non of those wimpy little kits that are just filled with junk and mini bandaids. This combined with my ifak should have my bases plenty covered for my upcoming bike packing trip.

Seems like a winner. Even though the pictures don't show it, it does come with an American flag patch and a medical cross oatch. Still trying to figure out the best way to pack it, but it is a great size for an emergency kit for the car or a go-bag. You're not going to get tons of everything in it, but definitely a little bit of all the necessities and a few other just in case things. For $10, definitely a good value for what you get. I don't see any quality issues either and think it will hold up well. Time will tell.

Adequate, but no where to put a tourniquet unless you want to molle something on the front. Should be a retention pocket on the side where scissors and a tourniquet could be secured. Ample inside room inside but not the best for a blowout kit given the lack of a side pocket.

I have had it for about a year and a half now and used it a few times in emergencies. Really works and holds up.

I like the layout of the pouch, but could be just slightly larger, it is just a little smaller than the Maxpedition Beefy, but is organized better. Good choice at this price.

Love this great Quality and the size was perfect to fill and send with my son to Dorm for college. I liked it also so if he goes on a hike while at college, he is able to toss it into his backpack and take it along in case he needs any medical things.

I bought this as a gift and used it to contain an assemblage of first aid supplies. Fit everything I needed in a compact case. Case opens fully so you can see all contents. Has pockets and elastics inside to help organize and contain contents. Good value for money.

Ive had it for about a year or so now and its still going strong!!! Fits all my supplies nicely!

I have purchased several of these kits and I love them all. Quality has been great, use daily at work! Will buy again as needed!

Molle pack is decent size , velcro has a strong grip. Would have liked to have seen a bit of a better quality of the material used inside but its workable.
