Scanning the qr code that came with it, the link goes to fb messenger and link's broken, how do I redeem the free product giveaway?

It is a fake. I googled the QR code and the company makes it look like Pohl & Schmidt is from Switzerland which it is not.....China of course. I recently purchased a dehumidifier off Amazon by a company called Pohl Schmitt. They're intentionally pretending to be apart of "Swiss Company" as their logo is the Swiss logo. Swiss Co. Is stationed out of Switzerland, but this Pohl Schmitt company is obviously not. The items are manufactured in China and HQ out of Portland, Oregon USA. Anyways, after the item arriving, there was a postcard slipped in the box stating that it was thankful for customer support, therefore; the company is giving away a free pair of Apple Air Pod knockoffs in exchange. I scanned the QR, on my Samsung Note 9, and it seemed to open the web browser then prompted like it was trying to open or load an app, then closed and gives me the error "This username does not exist. Use another link." When I saw that, I definitely knew something was wrong. I found a way to get the real hyper link to the page that I put in my computer's web browser that then was trying to prompt to log into my Facebook Messenger. Yeah, I said that. The Malware is an attempt to phish you into using the QR code to then log into your Facebook Account.

So, obviously it'll void your warranty, but I do exactly this. First, I took it completely apart and verified that it uses a 12v (max 15.4v) peltier chip, and a12v 80mm pc fan. I replaced the heatsink compound with the fancy stuff used for a CPU cooler, put it all back together and have been running it 24/7 at 13.8vdc for over a month. I use it to dehumidify my backyard observatory that is roughly 60 cu ft. Prior to having this in there, I was getting severe condensation inside the optics and on the surface of the gear (north Florida). This little thing keeps the humidity down around 50% and protects my gear. The datasheet for the peltier says max 3 amps, and at 14.4v it was pulling like 2.8amps max, so well within the limits and after the chip comes to temp, the current seems to drop around 2 amps @13.8 vdc.
