How do i get it to change streams?

Pull the nozzle slightly down to change to the shower style stream. Then gently push it back up to return to the standard steady stream.

Why can't I get one in California?

Don’t stress it is junk… do not buy!

Can you take the "water saver" part out?

We took the part out of ours and noticed no negative impact on use.

This spigot is junk. I would no t buy. Didn’t spray properly or switch spray type.
