I have literally drove myself bananas buying and trying multiple so called banana holders, hammocks, baskets, bowls etc., etc. I would have never thought a little hook like this would become such a brilliant and mighty space-saving solution for me!! I admit, I am one of those “minimalist” people, who cannot stand clutter of any kind on their kitchen counters. I also live in an apartment and have limited space. This does the trick! I love it and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who loves bananas. Such a GREAT price too! I may purchase a few more to hold tea towels etc. Very easy to install...however, I do recommend using the self-adhesive in conjunction with the provided screws. The self adhesive will hold 3-4 mid size bananas fairly well, but if you tend to purchase 6-7 in a regular size bunch, you will need to install this hook with the screws. Adhesive can only hold so much. Only took 5 minutes to install with the screws. This product is simplicity at its finest.

First, get the yellow hanger, it will match the bananas! Using the screw to secure it under my kitchen cabinet makes it very sturdy, easily holding 6 bananas (I never buy more than that at once). It's simple and effective. The only issue is when you get down to one banana, you can no longer hang it of course.

This product works as intended, is stable, and stores neatly hidden away when not in use! It is thinner plastic which makes it easy to hang the bananas, but the adhesive performs.. I love not having another “thing” on my countertop!

I installed the banana hook by sticking it to the underside of my upper kitchen cabinets (after deciding where best to put it) and then I used the provided screws to also fasten it that way. So easy as the sticky part was holding it in place. A full bunch of bananas hangs easily from it and stays off the counter. No need for a bowl, basket or standing hook sitting on the counter and I've tried them all. I'm most definitely not minimalist but it's so much easier to clean counters with less on them, especially when you have a small kitchen! I wondered if the banana bunches would hold together on the hook--yes they do. Also, you can just fold the hook up and out of sight when you're not using it. For such a simple little device--it's a great invention. Hopefully it will hold up for a good long time! Parts are sturdy in themselves, just wonder if the hinge to fold it up and down will hold up. I would likely buy another if it gave out in a few years.

Just what I needed to free up more counter space. Ease of installation-came with two screws and I put it up in under 3 minutes.. it also came with an Adhesion strip for a more sturdy hold but we are renting so I know it was be easy to remove when we move. We have had it for a few months now and it Has been great!

The adhesion never worked for me. It would stick and then i would wait a day or two, then once i put the bananas on , a couple hours later the adhesion unstuck and everything would fall off. I had to use the screw and so far so good. Useful, and functional, just would have been nice to not NEED the screws. Still worth the purchase!

Great little banana hanger. I installed using both the double-sided tape and screws supplied with the order. It folds away neatly and out of sight when not in use and it seems sturdy. The product details state it will hold up to 10 pounds. I don’t plan to test this claim though as the holder is made of plastic. Metal would have been nice, but for the price and the functionality of this little unit, I’m pleased. I would recommend this product if you’re in need of space saving solutions and wanting to keep your countertop free from clutter.

For the cost it’s good. Lasted 7 months then fell. Resticking isn’t an option, once it’s fallen.
