It works well for a summer house spiders don't go anywhere near it

Did not work totally on all insects, had few coming back.

Works a treat. My front door and porch are spider free zones. They do not venture near when they smell this. I have no problem with the smell as it is a fresh toothpaste one

After a rainy period shortly after some hot weather drove every spider within 5 miles into my house I ended up buying this as I was bored of my living room looking like the green room for a remake of Arachnophobia. Since the blighters seemed to prefer corners, my "cup and paper" method wasn't much use, and I realised I needed to go on the offensive. I looked other options like grabbers etc but I don't want to hurt the spiders, I just don't want to live with them (unless they start contributing towards rent). I sprayed this around and it seemed to work about 50% of the time. Now, fewer spiders is better than loads of spiders, but my ideal preference is zero spiders. I reapplied to a point where the smell was almost overpowering for me too, and I seem to have about 80% fewer spiders now so I think it does do something if you don't mind your house having a very strong, almost clinical, smell until it fades away. I reapply it to window sills and door frames every couple of weeks and I haven't had a mass influx like the "May evening of arachnids" on subsequent rainy days so it seems to do something, although it isn't 100% effective.

So far so good, my house is right in the sticks with trees and fields, we are overrun with spiders and cobwebs. I washed all my windows and then sprayed both in and outside round the edges, the smell is really pleasant and the spiders are no where to be seen, haven't had any in the house since where ad before we had hundreds. Very happy!

I bought this repellent hoping to finally clear my balcony so I could enjoy a cup of tea without making awkward eye contact with an eight-legged squatter. Instead, I’ve accidentally become the sole financier of the local arachnid nightlife scene. Not only does this stuff not repel them, but I am now 100% convinced they are using it as a cheap cologne to try and pull on weekends. Why This Product is an Absolute Shambles The Vibe: Within ten minutes of dousing the balcony, a massive spider—the size of a digestive biscuit—strolled right into the wet zone. It didn't scurry off in agony. It just paused, slicked its front legs back like John Travolta, and inhaled deeply. It looked refreshed. The Audacity: The false widows have completely lost all respect for me. I swear I just saw one in the corner doing a seductive leg-rubbing routine. This spray doesn’t deter them; it gives them aggressive Ibiza nightclub energy. I am genuinely terrified they are going to start inviting mates over, charging entry, and blasting Eurodance at 2:00 AM. The Fragrance: It is supposed to be a peppermint deterrent, but it smells exactly like a secondary school changing room after PE if someone tried to mask the sweat with a Polo mint. My outdoor space now smells like a combination of synthetic menthol and a Year 9 lad who thinks three cans of Lynx Africa is a substitute for a shower. The Current Situation: There is currently a false widow sitting on my patio chair who smells minty fresh, and I am fairly certain she is trying to buy me a drink. Bottom Line: If you want to get rid of spiders, look elsewhere. If you want the false widows on your balcony to smell like a cheap peppermint body spray while they gaslight you into leaving your own flat, this is the product for you. Five stars from the spiders, zero from me.

Habe dieses Spray für meinen Sohn zum Geburtstag bestellt. Er hat wahnsinnige Panik vor den großen schwarzen Spinnen. Einmal in der Woche werden die Fensterrahmen und die Balkontüre eingesprüht. Finde es ist besser geworden. Nur nicht so viel davon nehmen der Geruch ist nicht schlecht aber schon sehr stark.
