I have been using this Vitamin D3 for a while and I am very satisfied with the results. Recently I had a whole panel of blood work done, and it was determined that my D3 levels were too high. My endocronologist recommended that I cut my daily intake in half, which meant purchasing 2000 IU of D3. Now I prefer the D3 because it is from natural sources. I could pay less and buy D2, but I wanted the natural vs the synthetic form of vitamin D. I really like Nature's Bounty brands. They are made in the USA, and they guarantee their products. The label states their supplements are "backed by science and made of only the purest ingredients ... guaranteed". Since the FDA has no real oversight into what goes into our supplements, this was reassuring! The label also states they are lab tested, and contain no color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish or sodium, and they are non-GMO. Sounds great to me! The bottle contains 240 rapid release softgels, and they are easy to swallow. I am showing their size by comparing it to a dime. Very easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I have a hard time swallowing large pills. I think the value of this product is very good. Would buy again!

A good bargain for 150 softgels. Vitamin D3 was recommended by a doctor, so hopefully these will boost my immune system.

Increases my energy throughout the day, also helps me fall asleep (weird I know). This helps fix and regulate my circadian rhythm. I take vitamin D as I spend almost no time in the sun, I try to get 10 minutes in the morning, But it's not always possible. The sun also just wipes me out energy wise, and I burn so very easily, So I just avoid it. That's where this supplement comes into play. it really helps boost my vitamin D level. I was previously taking 4, 2000IU (same brand) and went with these as I like this brands quality, And figured it would be easier to take 2 5,000IU, also this bottle will last longer (about a month longer then the lower IU one I was using) I currently take 2 of these every morning. At first I thought vitamin D was hindering me from falling asleep but it turns out it was just an adjustment period. After taking 2 of these for a couple days, things evened out and I was back to a regular sleep schedule, waking up around 8am, getting sleepy around 11pm, falling into bed at 12am, and asleep by 1am ( I have to read to fall asleep, so I do that until I just can't keep my eyes open). Really appreciating the regular sleep cycle, with better energy throughout the day. These capsules are so tiny, I have no trouble swallowing them. About the size of a tic-tac. These always show up with an expiration date that is realistic (never received an expired product).

The pills are so badly stuck together, you can’t separate them. They won’t allow you to return them so it’s a waste of your money. Don’t buy
