Didn't work for me
Did not work. Thought it was my cable, bought a new one, still didn't work. Bought a new laptop with built in ethernet port and the cable DID work so it had to be the adapter. Unfortunately my return window was 2 days ago before me and my tech guy realized it. Going into recycling bin... Serve no other purpose.

easy set up
I bought these with ZERO expectations as they are sub 10 bucks and an easy return if need be. Well all I can say is they work flawlessly out of the package. I mean time will tell but for less than 10 bucks buy again if needed. See photos. I am getting 1080p video but I am unable to verify with the current setup if the audio is multi channel. Put the TX at the source and for me it is a laptop and put the RX at the monitor and go. it is truly plug and play and connect ethernet cable between them and like I said. GO!!! From the pictures I am using a custom ethernet cable I built at 150 ish feet and note the coil cable. Thats 150 ft with 130 in a coil that acts like an inductor so I am very impressed with the quality of the video.

Lucky to get a few feet of cable to work
Using 4 feet of Cat5e, but was initially hoping to use it across the room. This adapter is cheaply made and will not allow more than 4 feet to work at all. Also, no HDCP support makes this practically useless. First item came and was crushed, so obviously not very heavy-duty plastic. Will not buy again and strongly urge those who need to extend more than 3-4 feet to get a powered adapter set that supports HDCP.

Didn’t work at all
I sent these back because there was zero signal. Seller sent an email claiming they worked no matter what even if these didn’t work. Bought a set off ebay powered and they work great.

Si funciona
Bueno tarde en hacerlo funcionar, pero por qué el mismo empaque no ayuda en nada en cómo usarlo, si funciona, la máxima distancia que ocupe fue de 15 mts con un cat 5e, lo ponche tipo B, cruzado NO Funciona, todo tiene que estar bien sujeto o tienes perdidas!

Absolute garbage blue plastic!
4 out of 5 dont work. You spend numerous hours figuring out thinking if cable or crimping is the problem, only after you realize its these HDMI extenders!
