I foolishly bought another review book from Amazon and it was absolute garbage. This one is infinitely superior. The material is pertinent, the practice tests and bonus online material alone are worth the price. I’m grateful I found this review book before my exam.

😂 Studied with it, and I passed, no sweat, no tears, no dramatic late-night panic. If exams had a secret weapon, this would be it. Five stars, zero regrets!

Passed! But not the most organized/informative book.
I was able to pass the exam my first try using this book but majority of the terms that showed up in the exam - was not in this book in depth. I ended up using a set from Quizlet to help fill in the blanks for me. So I give this book 4 stars because it’s still a great intro book but you’ll definitely need to use study tools outside of this book.

THE STUDY BOOK REPEATED THE SAME MATERIAL UNDER DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE RESPONSIBLITIES SECTION. I TOOK THE EXAM AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE AS THE INDIVIDUAL STATED " IT WAS ABOUT 10 ITEMS I RECOGNIZED FROM THE STUDY GUIDE. IT DID NOT HELP ME PREPARE FOR THE EXAM, HORRIBLE!!! COUNTLESS HOURS STUDYING, VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE MATERIAL IN THIS STUDY GUIDE NEED TO BE UPDATED.

Excellent Study Resource
I am currently using this book to study for my CHES exam. I think it’s helpful they go over study tips and strategies in addition to proving examples of test questions. I would recommend for any studying health coach whether they are planning to take the test or not, as it is a good resource to maintain skills.
