How many pages they hold?

They're large, I haven't counted, but they hold quite a bundle of pages

Are they 15 of each size giving 30 or are there more of one size than the other totalling 30?

Dear Customer, one package comes with 10 x 51mm long tail clips and 20 x 41mm long tail clips.

what is the grip width of these? Could it hold two bits of wood together that are about 38mm total?

I use v large clips fr hard backed art pad/books. I use size 5cm x 2.5 cm across top of clip to hold book 2.5 cm (so 25m) thickness when closed including cover. Only come in black nowadays? Maybe you need even bigger clips. Bought pack of smaller multi colours - would probably be much too small for you. Cheers
