Crunchy but Bland
These cookies have been around since I was a child. We used to be able to buy them at our neighborhood grocery store. I was pleased to find them on Amazon, but less pleased to see how the Lady Stella assortment has changed. Some of the cookies I remember are no longer included. Such is life. They are still crunchy and good for dunking in coffee, tea or milk. The flavors are bland, but maybe they always were. Don't expect the pink icing to resemble the online image; it's really very pale but used to be brighter. This package was a taste of nostalgia, but I will order a different flavor next time.

DONT BUY THESE!
ASSORTED? over half plain chocolate, if you could call it chocolate; I wouldn't. The old assortment isn't there. NO SPRINKLES. AT ALL...BARELY ANY ICING ....only a few white icing on white ones have it. The other varieties are gone.The taste is barely there. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! And you had to buy 2 packs! SAVE YOUR SELF- BUY SOMETHING ELSE... such as Amaretta cookies. All those people who said they're just like the old ones must be living on another planet....EDIT...the 2nd box was better tasting. I realize it ws because it was fresher. The first was stale and had little flavor left.
