I was looking for a wireless headset with microphone and bought regular one. It hurt my ears even without my glasses. I decided to go with gaming headsets. I've tried a few of them both wired and wireless [brands like X!beri@] and had some defect including the mic. After further review, I took my chance on the 600 G2. I decided to go with the 600 G2 because I mainly will be using it for meetings and online conferences. What drew me to these were the comfort, features and lightness in weight, good sound and ease of use in windows 10 to automatically adopt the headset through plug and play. 1. The headset is comfortable even with glasses on. However, I've decided to buy the memory foam ones from wicked cushions. The ones on the 700 G2 is what I would prefer but I don't want the bluetooth plus the way the memory foam may easily come out because of how it's installed. I've see a few videos of the weakness and I am a bit rough on headphones. The OEM pads a good but the ones from WC feels plush and pillow soff on your ears. 2. The weight, feel and look is very gorgeous. It does feel very premium. 3. The headphones are very clear and crisp. Listening to meetings and audio podcasts are a joy. The placement of the volume and mic dials and the subtle recess/protrusion of the power/sound modes buttons are right where they are supposed to be and the operation seems natural using your left hand. For audiophiles, this is definitely not what you want to use to listen to music. I have the Sony 1000XM3 headphones for reference and these headphones are good (audiophiles = OK.......decent enough) for listening to casual music without going through the hassle of switching to another headphone. Subjectively, I'd say that the headset is about 50% comparable to my Sony headphones but they good with just enough bass and clarity to not let you pass an hour before your next online meeting. And yes, I love bass (minimal) and it's does have some oomph using the sound modes that you can pretty much use without switching to a high end one for what it is worth. Don't expect an audiophile sound with these for listening to pure music. 4. Without reading the user manual, connecting this to a windows 10 pc was plug and play. With the headset on, plug in the wireless transceiver, the computer recognizes and install all the drivers needed and that's it. It defaults the the wireless headset and I had to change it since that was not the preference I wanted. 5. Another thing that really drew me to buy this headset is the mic and how it's integrated into the headset. Up/folded in = off, midway=mute and down=fully on. You also hear the different tones for the different mic positions. The sound modes, volume and mic controls are also integrated nicely as well and it also looks completely sturdy and cool and I really like it. 6. While it is made in China (like everything else), it has excellent support in ENGLISH. I downloaded the Turtle Beach software and mine said it was up to date on the software. 7. These operate more like in transparency mode when you talk (mic on). When the mic is off, it appears to block out some of the external noise. This headset, particularly the mic does not appear to have external noise reduction so keep that in mind. I use Teams for meetings which have a noise suppression built in so this headset works for me.

Very high quality headset. The sound quality is excellent and they hold a good charge. My husband uses for call of duty and has no problem communicating with his party. The headphones themselves almost block out all the sound around you but picks up any noise around you when the mic is on. We bought these several years ago, I believe 2021, and they have held up pretty well. Just this year they finally cracked where the earpiece meets the connecting part, but my husband super glued them back together and is still using them. Great pair of headphones for the price. I use it with my PS4, to listen to music and videos on my phone and PC and to make calls and take meetings. It comes with a USB transmitter that you can plug into the PS4 or computer to send audio signal- AND THEN have it connected via Bluetooth to either your phone or pc or other source and you will hear audio from both. Listen to music while you game! About 3 to 4 times it has acted up and I had to Google how to reset it. Just now inadequate to run a repair tool on it when it failed tonl update and malfunctioned. But it goes back to working every time. It's a pretty sophisticated and high quality piece of equipment on my opinion. The sound quality is great, pads are super comfortable and I get no pain with extended play. The app has adjustment settings including the standard bass boost and such. You can flip the mic half way up to quickly mute yourself. Then bring it down and it unmutes. It's been a real joy to own and I hope you buy it. To Turtle Beach I would say if you make future versions with the USBC jack able to accept audio signal, you probably have my business for life. Oh and the Grey is more elegant and subtle for use outside of gaming. Like I said, it for video business meetings. Buy this! And be ready to troubleshoot when it acts up but it will work again. Learn to hard reset and Google the recovery tool. Enjoy.

First off, I'd like to say these have held up for 3.5 years so far with no issues. Recently, connection seems iffy but once you get it ACTUALLY connected (unplugging and re-plugging in the USB receiver once or twice) they stay connected with no issues. It's only with my PS4 that I have that issue. My laptop works perfectly, every time. Once again, they were fine for 3.5 years. So it's all good. And they still work. Battery life has been immaculate during these 3.5 years with heavy use. It lasts a VERY long time. Probably true to the 20 hours advertised. Does seem "flimsy" as with all TB headsets. But once you get over the quick "cracking" noise from spreading apart the headset to fit around your head, you'll realize, they're not about to break. It's just a TB headset, being a TB headset. My ONLY main gripe about these, is that you can't control the chat volume separately from the game volume. They are controlled together. You have to ask different people to adjust their mics according to YOUR game volume. At least with PS4. Some games (like call of duty MW 3) have built this setting into the game to adjust the chat volume separately because of headsets like this. However, either way, you still occasionally run into the issue of some people's being very loud, and others in the party being too low. This is not at fault to the headset. But I really do miss the second adjustment wheel on the side of the headset to be for chat volume instead of it being for outside ambient sound volume. My old set of TBs has this ability and I miss it. Overall, amazing quality headset. Worth $150? Not to me (even though I paid it). Try to catch them on a sale and you won't be dissatisfied at all.

These headphones work very well! I've only had for a few days, but my gaming experience is much improved. The sound is pretty good, but if you're an audiophile, you may want something a little better as they lack that extra clarity and fullness that you would find with a higher-end headset. I will update this if the next game I play sounds better.. could just be a game thing. The ear pads are super comfy and do a great job sitting over my ears without hurting and they work very well with glasses. I barely even notice I have this headset on except for being able to hear the game well and when my daughter or wife scared the snot out of me because I don't hear them coming. While it doesn't totally block out outside sound, it does a good job of isolating the experience. The connection to the console was seamless and had no issues getting everything set up quickly and easily. The included USB dongle made connection even easier. Congrats, turtle beach - this is the way using a new headset should be - easy! The microphone on this is good and according to my gaming buddies, sounds a lot better than my old one. These last a good long time time before they need recharged, even out of the box. No complaints so far on this front. Overall, I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a lift in their gaming audio. After spending money on several cheap pairs, I am glad I spent the extra money for this.

I've had this headset for only 18 months before they stopped working. Main reason I bought this headset is because it was affordable ($69). The audio was surprisingly good and the headset is comfortable (after some getting used to). The only reason this product is getting 1 star is because this headset is not reliable. Since I got this headset it has been issue after issue. First the transmitter (USB) would never be able to stay paired with my headset, I would have to troubleshoot this issue by unplugging and plugging the USB. Then I had times where the audio would make a crackle sound before cutting out for 1-2 seconds, over the last week this issue snowballed into the audio crackling and sound cutting out for upwards for 30 seconds, then into me having to unplug and plug in the USB and turn off then on the headset. Now finally the headset and transmitter will not pair at all. My headset had rapid blue flashes indicating its in pairing mode, the transmitter solid red (this is indication light is not even mentioned in the product guide). I only sit about 8 feet away from my TV with nothing between the transmitter and me. I'm honestly disappointed because I've used Turtle Beach headsets for over 11 years and 3 console generations. I was considering getting a Turtle Beach headset for my Xbox, now I will be using the money to buy a new headset for my PS5 and I think I will be switching brands too.

I bought this headset 6 months ago or so. Great headset. it works really well. I can hear things coming from different directions in COD which ups my game a LOT. The mic works amazingly well, everyone can hear me perfectly. The flip to mute is awesome and very useful. It lasts forever on a single charge. I unfortunately lost the transmitter dongle. I don't know what happened to it. If my cat got it and booted it under something. If the dogs got it and chewed it up. I looked everywhere and found nothing! None available on the website I emailed customer service in a last ditch effort to buy a replacement. After sending them info about my headset they shipped me one for FREE! Unbelievable and exceeded every expectation. So this is a great company that helps out a stupid customer who lost their stuff. You can trust them to make it right and please PLEASE. Take note from my experience and DO NOT LOSE THE USB TRANSMITTER. mine will be going into a holder case where it will be safe and secure. Unless I am using it.
