Southern Ag Parafine Horticultural Oil, 16 Ounces (1 Pint)

This is a refined mineral oil that is easy to mix and apply. I like using Southern Ag products. Has been effective for treating scale whereas the Southern Ag Neem not so much. It also does a good job of cleaning sticky, dirty foliage.

A good item at a great price. My peach trees love it and it hasn't damaged my tree in any way. Just make sure to pay attention at the little size. I knew what I was order and I knew what to expect but the bottle looks a lot larger in the photo vs in person. The instruction book on the back gives a very detailed list of mixing ratio for many different plants and trees.

I used this on my king sagol palms that had scale insects that appeared to be a white coating on stems and fronds, also had mealy bugs on fronds. Killed them all. Used it a second time 2 weeks later to be sure and its been 2 months since and palms are beginning to grow healthy and thrive now.

I have had a lot of issues with white fly on my palms- cycads. One treatment with this oil and I have not had a occurrence. This was recommended to me by Phil that has rare palms at Jungle Music near San Diego CA. He ships every where.

Been using on my palm tree weekly . Reducing White & Black scale . I sprayed the whole top of tree .

It’s easy to mix and did seem to stop leaf eaters on my gardenias leaves. Time will tell more.
