I use a Macbook pro 2020 which has a very good microphone but not suitable for voice recording so i was looking for a higher quality microphone. I ordered Blue snowball ice but found snowball ice sound quality was same as my MacBook pro’s inbuilt microphone. Finally i ordered Blue yeti and once i used it, i can confirm this has good good quality recording and good output. As far as noise cancellation is concerned, it doesn’t pick sound of fan which my MacBook pro was able to pick. Apart from this, one must ensure recording is done in a silent environment for best results as no microphone would give good results in noisy areas. I am fully satisfied with quality of Blue yeti and its sound output and i am also satisfied with desertcart for their quick service. I highly recommend this microphone as you can’t go wrong with it. Review: A little sensitive to movement - Have been using it for more than a year now. The best thing about this mic is the audio output of the audio jack. The volume and sound are much better than directly connecting my earphones with my PC. The microphone also is of recording quality or podcasts. The only con is that it's very sensitive to movement. Sometimes it will disconnect when I try to change the tilt angle and I have to disconnect the cable and plug it again. Overall it is still worth it. ## Features - Custom three-capsule array: This professional USB mic produces clear, powerful, broadcast-quality sound for YouTube videos, Twitch game streaming, podcasting, Zoom meetings, music recording and more. - Blue VO!CE software: Elevate your streamings and recordings with clear broadcast vocal sound and entertain your audience with enhanced effects, advanced modulation and HD audio samples. - Four pickup patterns: Flexible cardioid, omni, bidirectional, and stereo pickup patterns allow you to record in ways that would normally require multiple mics, for vocals, instruments and podcasts. Signal to Noise: 100dB - Onboard audio controls: Headphone volume, pattern selection, instant mute, and mic gain put you in charge of every level of the audio recording and streaming process. - Positionable design: Pivot the mic in relation to the sound source to optimize your sound quality thanks to the adjustable desktop stand and track your voice in real time with no-latency monitoring. - Plug 'n Play: Set up the computer microphone in seconds with the included desktop stand or connect directly to a mic stand or boom arm and instantly start recording and streaming on Mac or PC. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08F82B7LJ | | Antenna Location | Gaming, Podcast, Recording, Singing | | Audible Noise | 80 Decibels | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,750 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #56 in Condenser | | Box Contents | 1 Mic, 1 USB Cable, 1 Documentation | | Brand | Logitech for Creators | | Brand Name | Logitech for Creators | | Colour | Blackout | | Compatible Devices | Laptop, Personal Computer | | Connectivity Technology | USB | | Connector Type | USB | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 1,008 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Poly Plastic | | External Testing Certification | Não aplicável | | Frequency Range | 20Hz 20kHz | | Frequency Response | 20 KHz | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00097855160539 | | Hardware Platform | laptop,pc | | Impedance Unit of Measure | 600 Ohms | | Importer Contact Information | For any queries, please call toll free number 1800 572 4730 (9:00am to 6:00pm-Monday to Friday) | | Item Dimensions | 12.4 x 11.9 x 29.5 Centimeters | | Item Type Name | Blue Yeti USB Mic for Recording and Streaming on PC and Mac, 3 Condenser Capsules, 4 Pickup Patterns, Headphone Output and Volume Control, Mic Gain Control, Adjustable Stand, Plug and Play (Blackout) | | Item Weight Unit of Measure | 1.55 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Blue Microphones, For any queries, please call toll free number 1800 572 4730 (9:00am to 6:00pm-Monday to Friday) | | Manufacturer Contact Information | For any queries, please call toll free number 1800 572 4730 (9:00am to 6:00pm-Monday to Friday) | | Manufacturer Part Number | 988-000448 | | Microphone Form Factor | Desktop | | Model Name | 988-000448 | | Model Number | 988-000448 | | Number of Channels | 2 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Packer Contact Information | For any queries, please call toll free number 1800 572 4730 (9:00am to 6:00pm-Monday to Friday) | | Polar Pattern | Omnidirectional | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Recommended Uses For Product | Gaming, Podcast, Recording, Singing | | Signal-to-Noise Ratio | 80 dB | | Special Feature | Stand | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Warranty Description | 2 year limited hardware warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Logitech for Creators - **Connectivity Technology:** USB - **Connector Type:** USB - **Model Name:** 988-000448 - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Gaming, Podcast, Recording, Singing ## Images ![Yeti - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61egnO8q6ZL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this mike also have skeaker?** A: Hi there, No, the Blue Yeti microphone does not have a speaker. **Q: Which pop filter is best for this mic** A: Maono **Q: Is this mic good for asmr? I highly recommend this microphone as you can’t go wrong with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little sensitive to movement *by C***L on 2 March 2022* Have been using it for more than a year now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by A***I on 21 October 2025* I'm not very overwhelmed and I just wanted to own it because it has been recommended to me everywhere but it didn't really got me what I actually expected. I wish there was more to toggle on sensitivity and customize to make my own sound crispier with no background noise at all. But maybe I'm just uneducated about the values and need to figure it out, in that case - the ui and usage should be made easier for a layman to be understanding the settings better. Although the quality and everything about mic itself is top notch. It's easy to install, easy to use and provides good quality to record voice. Abit expensive for what it's worth. I do like all the features provides on customisation app for the mic. I do recommend for starters. ## Frequently Bought Together - Blue Yeti USB Microphone for Recording, Streaming, Gaming, Podcasting on PC and Mac, Condenser Mic for Laptop or Computer with Blue VO!CE Effects, Adjustable Stand, Plug and Play - Blackout - Mudder Mic Cover Foam Microphone Windscreen, Condenser Microphone (Size A, 1 Pack) - Microphone Stand for Blue Yeti, Quadcast Boom Arm Scissor Mic Stand with Windscreen and Double layered screen Pop Filter Heavy Duty Mic Boom Scissor Arm Stands, Broadcasting and Recording.Game --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/220641756-yeti](https://www.desertcart.is/products/220641756-yeti) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
