I have been taking this biotin for years. I feel like it does help with my hair. I notice more hair falling out if I miss a dose. My doctor did tell me to stop taking it for a few days before my Thyroid bloodwork as it can affect the Thyroid numbers. Overall I'm very happy with this and I will continue to take it. The pills are small and easy to swallow.

I have never written a review on Amazon. But, this product changed my life! For at least 3 years I was basically bald and had to wear a hat every second of the day. After 3 months taking Nature’s Bounty - my hair is back. No bald spots - growing like crazy. It is insane how fast my hair grew in!!

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit
