I have a 12 week old continental giant indoor rabbit has free roam would this food be any good for her the breeders had her on chudley pellets

Yes . Excel probably make the best rabbit food out there. But this should make up about 10% of the diet with 80% being hay

Is this suitable for a Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit?

Perfectly suitable. My nethie loves it as all of my others do. Just remember that pellets should only be fed in small amounts. At least 80% of a rabbits diet should be hay - minimum.

Is this also ok for Dwarf rabbits?

The Indoor rabbit is suitable for dwarf rabbits
