Is something like "take medications" displayed on the screen when you set a medication alarm? Many thanks.

I've only ever used it for the day, date and time, but yes, it gives you the option of setting up various reminders. There will then be a bell, and also a picture and text to say "take medication ", or "drink water", etc etc.
