Excellent product easy install fast shipping looks great

Everything works as advertised. I’m enjoying using the stove. A little adjustment to work out. My old range was 42 years old. It’s on our boat that we have been living on for 22 years. They quit making our marine stove. So we looked to see what was available now. The RecPro range fit right in the old spot. Fairly simple replacement.

I've had it for over 1 year and working great no problems

Great oven! Was easy to hook up and is easy to run. Beautiful glass top cover. Would have gave it 5 stars but just under 3 months old and LED Light feature that we loved no longer works. I don't see where you can replace it at, not sure if its the light itself or the switch.

I am giving it a five star rating because of the looks of the stove and how it fit in. Also oven works very well but does not heat up to 450° is on the dial put a thermometer in the oven and it would only go to 395.

Bought this stove. Installed correctly but did not work. Tried to return it, after I had uninstalled it and packaged it back for return. Contacted Amazon to setup return. I get a mailing address. Not a return slip an address. Got to ups where we do Amazon returns. The clerk said no we have to pay to ship this package. he gave me a phone number for Amazon and when I contacted Amazon, they said they would contact the sellers Rec Pros. The person who contacted me from rec pro told me I needed to do voltage checks and take pictures and all the stuff to send to them to get a free label to return the package.. I told the person through mail. I have already uninstalled it and repackage the product to return.. I get a message back two days later saying they’ve canceled the return. I can’t afford to send this back and now I’m having to pay on the payment plan for the stove.. I’m not a a bit happy with Amazon. Rec pro will never get my money again. I’m making sure to put this on social media as well. The company has bad customer service even though on Amazon they claim free returns. Amazon was absolutely no help so they get a single star to.

This is a terrific RV stove and oven. In the old days you had to light the oven by getting down on your knees and lighting it by hand. This lights everything with the turn of the lighting dial. The top burner’s are actually adjustable. Not like my former stove which was high and low with nothing in between. It’s made well. No gaps or sharp edges. I would buy this again if I needed to. Also, I’m not being compensated for a great review. It’s just a great product.
