This product provides all the utility of the name brand version for a small fraction of the cost. I've read a few concerns in the reviews, but suggest you look beyond them: > Not safe concern with the over-the-door loop. Per images, the strap is supposed to be through the hole in the block -- it appears to be a manufacturing issue - not something inherently wrong with the product > Hand grip softness. Yes, the grips hard solid -- and I believe that's good! If that's an issue, simply wrapping it would solve the problem or wearing training gloves > Limited instruction - that's true! But look elsewhere for posters that cost very little -- you have saved a ton buying this version, you have afford a few dollars for a detailed poster. Also, there are many videos on-line to show proper technique. > No mounting hardware - that's true too. I spent less than five dollars for an eye bolt to mount to a 2x4 placed across joists in my unfinished basement. On the positive - everything else. The hardware (connectors and carabiners) are solid. Adjustments are easy to make - the straps stay put. The straps are high quality. The rings are well sized and sturdy. The foot loop is well made and easily fits my foot w/shoe. I have no concerns about its durability. Great product!

This works very well well. Solid and sturdy. I’m 200lbs and feel comfortable supporting full body weight.

Easy to adjust and mount on a door. Carabiners are heavier than I anticipated, but this is a sign of higher quality metal. Handles are solid plastic and may press on your wrists if held in certain positions. Sturdy overall and well made.

The straps are very long depending on how you want to use it. However it is very adaptable to a number of exercises. Price reasonable but there is a learning curve

Great solid built product don't spend over $120 on a TRX this is built to last. I've been a personal trainer for 20yrs I'm recommending this to ever one. It's not a cheap knock off it is a quality piece of equipment!!

I needed a resistance strap trainer I could take to the gym. This one is economical and reliable. Some may not like the handles not being padded but that doesn’t bother me. Some models out there have a carabiner attachment point that makes contact with your arms while doing push ups. This model’s design doesn’t have that issue. Additionally it’s one of the most economical price wise.

It doesn't totally replace a good barbell and dumbbell set but it comes pretty close. I'm able to work just about every muscle group with it, and the quality seems very good. I guess it live up to the marketing of "New Patent not hurting people" lol. Glad I didn't get the old version.. I will say though, installation was a bit tricky If you have something sturdy to tie it around great, but for me I needed to install a section of 2x4 over a door frame. I used 4 5 inch lag screws to hold the 2x4 to studs in the wall (pre-drilled carefully, don't miss the stud), and an beefy i hook rated for 205 pounds in the center of the 2x4 which I attach the straps to. So far it's rock solid. And also a great place for my hang board.

Perfect for home workout

I need to do more strength training and my trainer recommended strap workout system. It was too expensive for something I wasn't sure that I would adopt anyway. So I bought this dupe to try out. While I am quite sure the original system is higher quality, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this system. Out of the box, really easy to use. The user guide is basic and no app support. I will likely need a trainer to help me maximize these so probably the cost works out the same anyway.
