HP Laserjet Enterprise M507dn with One-Year, Next-Business Day, Onsite Warranty (1PV87A) (Renewed)

We purchased 3 of these printers and need one or two more for our office. They print very fast and with high quality. One of the 3 loses its connection quite often making it difficult to work with our clients.

I saw that someone else received this printer with only one tray, but I thought it might have been a rare mistake - but apparently this is a purposeful deception hoping that people wouldn't return the printer - like it did.

Printer looks new and comes in a HP box and would probably work fine but did not come with two external 550-sheet external paper trays as the images depict. The description did say 650 total page capacity so I posted the question about the additional tray but got no response after two days so I decided to take a chance.Won't work for me; needed printer with two external paper trays at that price point. I do not believe I would purchase from this seller because they charged me a restocking fee of $88 since I opened the box to see what was in it. Box was still in pristine condition, with exception of the cut tape, when I sent it back.
