This is my second bottle of truffle oil from SABATINO, and it is the BEST truffle oil I have ever used! I primarily use it for salads and meats, and it makes everything taste better. I will definitely buy it again. Additionally, SABATINO's customer service is outstanding. When I reached out about a broken bottle, they responded promptly and handled my issue wonderfully!

I never had anything truffle I believe and got this for beauty but because of the smell which surprised Me I thought it would smell funky, it smells really good, I don't think would work out, so I will just use in food I guess :) I am impressed by the scent it makes me feel more confident in its overall use as I thought it would not be pleasant one bit.

This was a huge hit at a party on popcorn. It is strong and it doesn’t take much to get that truffle flavor that you crave. Its was also great on potato chips. It was priced nicely and I think it will last a long time.

the taste of this oil is great but very strong and the aftertaste stays for a while. if i’m making something like a marinade for chicken, i dilute it with a more mild oil at about a 1 to 5 ratio. when you’re cooking with it, make sure you taste along the way so you’re not overpowering your food with it. even just a little bit too much can throw off a recipe.

Sabatino Tartufi White Truffle Infused Olive Oil Is a delightful and tasty treat. I love putting on my hot French fries with just a touch of salt and Chipotle seasoning. I also use it in combination with butter on my fresh popped corn. The jar has lasted me awhile as I use it sparingly, or not often. French fries and buttered popcorn are both a special treat for me. I’ve been using this particular jar for about a year now. It’s stored in a cabinet with my other spices and oils. So far, it hasn’t lost its freshness. The price, as with all truffle products, is ridiculous. $$$$$

Very foul flavor and smell to this that I have yet to experience with other white tuffle oils I have used. Unsure of the broccoli smell is supposed to be there or if it's an indication that it has gone rancid.

I first purchased this product at World Market. Our WM has closed so I was delighted to see it on Amazon. Amazon's price is about $1.00 more than WM and as a Prime Member, I get free shipping so this is very acceptable to me. Now the quality and taste: I use it regularly for aioli, pastas, sauces and pastes for cooking...this product is very earthy and does not lose its quality over time. One bottle, though small, lasts me quite awhile. I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Should have ordered the truffle dust. My mistake but decided to keep it it smell wonderful can’t wait to use it.Have. NOw ordered the seasoning.

It has an over powering flavour of garlic then truffle.

I will have to pay attention in the future to make sure to purchase oil only with extracts and not with truffle "flavor" too, because frankly tastes nothing like actual truffle.

Not as I anticipated. The flavour is not at all truffle-like. More a light 'faux garlic' taste which is not terrible but not 'authentic' either. I had an initial taste when it arrived but haven't used it because I doubt it will actually enhance my cooking. Quite disappointed.

The picture they provide of the bottle up on this page is deceiving. I made the mistake of not checking the mL before buying it.
