Real Hardwood Smoked Sausages, Pepper, 15.2 Ounce Tall Jar, 20 Count

I honestly thought the pepper was just going to be a light tingle and that’d be it but nope, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s got a nice kick that actually wakes up your taste buds without being too much. The spice works with the meat stick instead of taking over, and I ended up liking it way more than I expected. That said, everyone’s taste buds are different. What hits just right for me might be totally different for you. Still, this one delivered for me. Enjoy and good luck with your meat stick.

These taste delicious, like the three-foot-long pepperoni sticks we used to sell in school fundraisers from way back. Tillamook quality is consistently yummy. Great snack for staying healthy and throwing in the back pack.

The taste is great. Perfect snap, so not a thick casing. I have ordered at least 3 or 4 over the year. Used to be 18 sticks, now 17. My last container had the lid off, foil torn. And sticks all over other items. Would suggest better package as the plastic container size can hold 3x more. Wasteful. The price for amount is not quite worth it anymore...taste or no taste. Cost not worth it.

We love the original so we got Original, Teriyaki, Pepper and Hunter sticks. Pepper- Delicious BUT we've gotten a few times and sometimes its perfect amount of heat and others its way too spicy to eat alone. Teriyaki- We didnt like this one, not enough flavor depth but we also aren't usually teriyaki people. Original- Hubby's favorite, great flavor and super moist and just delicious. Hunters sticks- My favorite, great flavor similar to original but its a dryer stick which is what I prefer in a beef stick.

I bought the pepperoni, original, and peppered flavored, simply put, there is a lot better beef sticks out there, they all lack seasoning and smoke.. and the seasoning they do have is odd.. and the texture is overly soft (there is no snap to these - they are too mushy). The pepper was the best flavor and was closest to what is advertised (a decent amount of pepper flavor)… but they weren’t great.. the pepperoni did not taste anything like pepperoni, and the original flavor is mid at best. Overall, I say spend your money elsewhere.. on something better.

This is Mike’s wife, Diane. I’m writing this review for him because he is very busy! When the sausages arrived today, he told me they are the best! And then told me they were A LOT better than the ones I bought a couple of weeks ago from Costco. So, there you have it! Tillamook smoked sausage is h very best!

OMG the pepper is probably the best flavor. A little spicy but sooo good.

While the product is good quality, the flavor is very very subtle. I sadly wouldn't purchase it again for myself, simply because of the lack of flavor.
