I had assumed it came with a CD or DVD or something with other materials with which to teach. It did not. I have never taught integrated and my school said there were not any books they could order. I thought this would cover it all. It only covers a few portions that won't be taught until the second semester.

I didn't realize this wasn't a complete book, but only Unit 1. I had assumed it came with a CD or DVD or something with other materials with which to teach. It did not.
