My wife and I have been taking these Garden of Life Zinc 30mg supplements for a few weeks now with Magnesium and Vitamin D. This is a fantastic choice because as a combination all of the vitamins together our sleep, mind fog, migraines, muscle aches and energy has improved immensely! We have seen and felt a huge improvement and are very relieved to finally feel better! After eating dinner we take our vitamins and within less then 30 min we are ready for bed the absorption of these pills are impressive, they don’t have much of a taste as long as you swallow quick and the size of the pills don’t bother us at all we don’t have any issues with them getting stuck in her throat. They dissolve easily and are very effective. In the video I attached you can easily compare the sizes and high quality of the pills I don’t have any complaints at all and the ingredients are a big plus! Most importantly the wonderful value you get for the amount of pills is well worth the price! Sure do appreciate that as well.

The reason that I like this zinc supplement is because it has organic fruits & veggies, which I feel is healthier. The high potency of 30mg is great for my immune support and skin health. Do not take without eating! It says you can but when I took them on an empty stomach fresh in the morning I had very bad stomach pain and I felt terrible. But after light snack or meal or heavy meal Take this pill and it helps improve mood, it’s easy to swallow and dissolves easily with water. The quality is nice there’s a thin plastic looking coating around it and you get your moneys worth. Should last a month or two depending on the supply you grab.

This is an excellent product for prostate support. I switched from New Chapter zinc to this brand and have had very good results. If you are getting older and want to support your prostate with good health by having a good quality zinc to take then I highly recommend this product! [Update August 18, 2014] I'm still taking this zinc. I take at night with all my other prostate support supplements. I have found that taking the prostate support supplements just before bedtime gives me a better result than taking them during the day. For those interested in what my prostate support supplements are I thought I would list them. TIP: I have found that the Zyflamend can give me a little heartburn from time to time taking it right before bedtime. I solve this two ways: either I take them 1 hour before bedtime or I eat 1/4 slice of a banana after taking the supplements. The banana seems to act as a soother and barrier to stomach acid reacting to any of the supplements. I do not eat more than 1/4 banana because I found out that bananas "can" be inflammatory so therefore eating too much of an inflammatory food just before bedtime could have a negative or counter active effect when your trying to reduce inflammation. Bad delivery arrived broken with glass shards all over

It works really well. I don't feel cold all the time, my nails are way stronger, I feel stronger physically. I have adrenal fatigue, which is mostly gone with a good diet and a few supplements and this is one of them is going to be one of them for a long time.

the mode of transport of the products must be checked, since many items such as vitamins and supplements cannot be at high temperatures. All products arrived ok, sealed, with good expiration date and also fast! they only arrived too hot, which can interfere with the quality of the product, losing its effectiveness.

Started taking this 3 months in advance before my daughter started going to nursery as we expected to receive new viruses constantly from her interactions there. I was under the impression that enhancing immunity with this product will help reduce the frequency or intensity of getting sick but that did not happen (at least from frequency perspective). It seems whenever she get sick, everyone gets it regardless of whether we took this product or not. And since I did not witness any difference after taking it for 3 months, I do not see value in reordering this ever

Zinc is important. I can't pretend I feel a major difference on this or that I have tested to see how much I'm absorbing or that I am deficient in zinc. However, men should probably consider supplementing with zinc from time to time (lost in emissions and important for testosterone levels) and this one seems good quality
