After I received my diagnosis of osteoporosis I started lifting a 5 lb. weight on each limb for 7 minutes twice a day as well as started to take the Grow Bone System. My most recent bone density scan showed that my osteoporosis was rolled back to osteopenia and I knew I had made a good decision. I’m writing because the other day I gave myself two bone density tests when I tripped on the cement sidewalk. The first time I fell directly on my left hip. Not only did I not feel any pain, I didn’t even get a bruise! Then the very next day, while leaving a store, I stepped off a step but did not realize that it was 3 to 4 inches down to the ground. I landed extremely hard on my right heel and felt the impact on each of my vertebrae! Although I did not actually fall down on the ground this second time, my spine (as well as my left hip) felt as solid as the cement I landed on!
