Not worth the savings
Trash, don't waste your money. Same issue that many of the others show on the reviews, bought in March and cracked the first week of December. Spend the extra money and buy Polaris name brand, it's only around $25.00 more.

It works
The Polaris 280 was running on its side, replaced the float with this product and now it's running perfectly.

Great delivery. Great replacement part.

The centre cracked & the float does not fit/screw on easily to my Polaris 280. The plastic is very hard & the centre is not sealed allowing water to fill it. The whole purpose of the float is so that it floats & does not fill with water. I have since ordered the OEM (Polaris part). Buyer beware, I do not recommend & I do not understand all the rave reviews.
