Product was well packaged. Product material great quality. No issues with assembly of bike. Slight adjustments can be made with ease to fit your child’s needs. Stickers were a huge hit since I purchased 2 for my grandkids and they can now identify their own bike.

Cute. Functional. Good price.If I hadn't known what I was doing I'd have been really frustrated with the lack of instructions. I guess there's a video online but I didn't watch it because, well, no.The printed instructions included we're not for the bike I got... but close enough I guess.The training wheels are decorated with decals that were peeling off when I opened the package. We don't need them (thanks to balance bikes) but it looks cheap.There's no info on attaching the reflectors. I left them off.I swapped the seat out for the one from her balance bike because the seat it came with wouldn't lower enough due to its construction (bolts and brackets). But once she's grown another half inch the original seat will be fine.Came with a cheap flap to cover the center bolts of the handlebars. Would be nice if it was padded or something. It's kind of weird as is though.

It excellent for my 9 year old. Please make 20 inch as well.

This is a great little bike! Bought it as a Christmas present for my 3-year old daughter. The bike is very sturdy and well-built! Assembly took about 30-45 minutes, not too bad.The basket was bent during packaging/delivery and not usable. HOWEVER! I emailed the company on Christmas Eve with a picture of the basket. I believe they acknowledged my email the day after Christmas and after verifying purchase, they initiated the process to have another one sent to me. I truly appreciate their attention to customer service!

Xmas gift for granddaughter. It had all the parts, just be careful when removing the wrapping not to lose any. Direction are a little vague, but I'm pretty handy so I had no problem. The picture includes streamers that were purchased separately.

I am fairly handy and familiar with bikes. This is an all around well made product, but both the crank and front wheel hub required simple adjustment. Came with both adjusted TOO TIGHT and apparently, from other reviews, they thought pedal crank was defective. Just needs a little loosening (not too much!) The front wheel was a bit tight and in a short time, would have led to bearing and/or race damage. Again, just a tad adjustment to loosen was needed.I am VERY pleased with the bicycle and over all components and build quality. Confident my granddaughter. will enjoy it and I'm confident in it's safety and reliability.
