Delicious chews
I love love love the taste and texture of these chews. The yerba caffeine is perfect and doesnt make me feel overly jittery. Perfect when you need a boost of energy working out or just during the day. Stores well and is portable

Magical
These are by far the best in class. They taste wonderful, and they work like magic. I take them backpacking and hiking. They are a little heavy per calorie when trying to stay ultralight, but I think they are worth it!!! These fuel me up the mountains and give energy to make the hard climbs enjoyable!

Lifesaver & yummy!
I would give this more than five stars if I could. My daughters and I were running a half marathon. We found that half a bag gave us some real pep in our step without making us feel sick to her stomach or too jittery. We tried this out a couple days before the half marathon to see how it affected us, so no bad mishaps during a race. We did half a bag at the beginning of the race each and then the other half of our bag around mile eight. This is the first time that I used any cubes like this. Usually, I have used the Gatorade they pass out or goo, which sometimes leave me nauseous. I’m always pretty dehydrated at the end of the race. This really made a difference for us. We still did the Gatorade, but didn’t need any goo. It is a little bit sticky if you’re using your fingers. But I just squeeze the package to move the blocks out of the opening and I didn’t have any stickiness. I will continue to use these for my long runs from now on. Also, these tasted great. No weird artificial residue in your mouth after eating it.

Decent energy chew, not my favorite
I bought these energy chews to provide carbohydrates while I’m on long distance runs (I will take some carbs in during a run of 10 miles or more). I don’t like goos or gels, so my go to is almost always energy chews of some sort. I’ve now used these twice on a long run, and I can compare them to Jelly Belly Sports Beans (Extreme and non-Extreme), Gatorade energy chews, Clif Shot Blocks, and Honey Stinger Organic Energy Chews. These are my least favorite out of the energy chews I have tried. Why? Jelly Belly Sports Beans and Gatorade energy chews both come in 100 calorie size portions, which is my preferred portion size. There are 180 calories (2 servings) in one bag of these Bolt Organic Energy Chews, which is a whole lot of calories for what you get (about 10 chews). I guess that will be beneficial in my very long runs (up to 3-4 hr), but on 10 mile runs that’s too many calories in one package and they don’t reseal. The flavor of these is perfectly fine, I just prefer the flavor of Honey Stinger and Sports Beans. My biggest problem with these chews is that they stick to my teeth too much. Compared to all the energy chews I have tried, these stick the most and annoy me the most. To be fair to the product, I have only used these in temperatures of 32-35 deg F, so it’s possible they’re better at warmer temps. Otherwise, the energy chews are perfectly fine. I took them on my 14 mile long run this past week, and didn’t develop any cramps or have any “bonking” issues. These do have Vitamin C, B6, B12, and niacin added as well as electrolytes – which is good. Overall, these are definitely not my favorite (I love Sports Beans, and then maybe Honey Stingers come in second place), but these work as an energy chew and I will be happy to continue using them on my long runs. If I can get them at a reasonable price, I might order more and try different flavors.

tastey little gummies
**Review: Bolt Energy Chews** **Pros:** 1. **Quick Energy Boost:** Need a quick pick-me-up during your workout or busy day? Bolt Energy Chews provide a rapid energy boost to fuel your performance and keep you going strong. Pop one or two chews for an instant burst of energy without the crash. 2. **Convenient and Portable:** Unlike bulky energy drinks or powders, Bolt Energy Chews are compact and easy to carry wherever you go. Whether you're hitting the gym, going for a run, or traveling, you can stash them in your pocket or bag for on-the-go energy whenever you need it. 3. **Delicious Flavors:** With a variety of mouthwatering flavors to choose from, including berry, citrus, and tropical, Bolt Energy Chews offer a tasty way to refuel your body. Say goodbye to bland and chalky energy supplements—these chews are as enjoyable to eat as they are effective. 4. **Controlled Dosing:** Each chew is individually wrapped, allowing for precise dosing and customization of your energy intake. Whether you need a small boost or a bigger jolt, you can easily adjust your dosage to suit your energy needs. **Cons:** 1. **High Sugar Content:** Like many energy supplements, Bolt Energy Chews can be high in sugar, which may not be ideal for those watching their sugar intake or following a low-carb diet. Consider opting for sugar-free or low-sugar alternatives if you're concerned about your sugar consumption. 2. **Chewy Texture:** While some may enjoy the chewy texture of these energy chews, others may find it less appealing, especially if they prefer smoother or softer textures. It's a matter of personal preference, so be sure to try a few chews to see if you enjoy the texture. 3. **Limited Nutritional Value:** While Bolt Energy Chews provide a quick energy boost, they may lack the nutritional value of whole foods or natural energy sources. It's essential to incorporate a balanced diet and stay hydrated to support your overall health and performance. 4. **Individual Packaging Waste:** The individual packaging of each energy chew contributes to plastic waste, which can be harmful to the environment. Consider recycling the packaging or opting for bulk-sized options to reduce your ecological footprint. Overall, Bolt Energy Chews offer a convenient and tasty solution for boosting your energy levels on the go. While they may have some drawbacks such as high sugar content and chewy texture, their rapid energy delivery, delicious flavors, and portability make them a popular choice for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone in need of a quick energy boost.

Great for runner!
Taste is great and great fueling power! They don’t leak or melt even when using on the hottest, longest runs!

Perfect For My Needs
I'm not too finicky. I just need my energy snack to be GF, sweet, soft, flavorful and the right amount of caffeine. I'm sensitive to caffeine and I find these easy to dose. The berry blast tastes good, not extremely natural but not like candy either. Sometimes when we order them and they arrive in the summer they melt together and get an odd consistency but this is due to the shipping process not the product.

Ehh
I think they taste great and do give you a bit of energy. However, the second pack I opened, I got the variety pack so it was pink lemonade flavor, and I bit into this (pictured). Immediately spit it out because wth is that. I opened another pack and emptied them out and they all have the little black specs in there. Could be normal, I get it buuuut what’s pictured ruined them for me unfortunately.
