DISSATISFACTION
ORDERED THIS TRIMMER WITH EVERY ANTICIPATION BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT FAILED TO FULFUL THE PROMISES. MOST DISSATISFACTORY IS CHARGING LEVEL. ITS STILL ON CHARGE, ALMOST 2 HOURS ELAPSED BUT THE PERCENTAGE OF CHARGING HAVE NOT INCREASED A BIT. SHOULD HAVE GONE THROUGH DETAILED ANALYSIS BUT I MISSED THAT PART. 1 STAR IS NOT ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY THE PRODUCT. IF THERE WAS NEGATIVE STAR RATING I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN IT 5 NEGATIVE STARS. MOREOVER AMAZON HAS SUSPENDED CUSTOMER CARE DIRECTING DISCUSSION OPTION. THIS IS ALSO A SETBACK.
