Great quality
I bought these 3 times and gave the others to my family. They are super sharp which is great when serving meat dishes. The quality was superb and loved that it's made in the USA. It's very difficult to find utensils made in the America so this was a gem to find. Highly recommend.

GREAT small knife to have in kitchen
These are excellent knives to have in the kitchen drawer. They are very sharp and well made. They are not dull; therefore, be careful when using them. Great for slicing fruit and vegetables, and also, meat.

Nice knife set, very very sharp!!1
These were smaller and lighter then I expected for a steak knife, but I really like them. They are very sharp! So far I have dishwashed them atleast 20 times and they haven't rusted or fallen apart. Time will tell how durable they are, but so far I really like them. They were a bit expensive, but over all a nice knife set.

Subway Paring Knives
These are the same knives I used at Subway to cut breads open, they stay sharp a very long time, best for slicing vegetables, meat and fish, things like that. I wouldn't recommend for tougher things like certain varieties of cheese
